The Warehouse Operator supports operational departments in executing projects that align with company objectives. They handle material receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance to production, and distribution while ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines through accurate documentation. Additionally, they assist Manufacturing, Quality, and Packaging Operations by adhering to company and FDA cGMP requirements. Responsibilities also include general cleaning of the warehouse, material handling equipment, trucks, and dock areas.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in the co-ordination of import storage and distribution activities.
Reviewing SOPs /work instructions relating to production activities.
Maintain accurate production and distribution records.
Managing receipt, storage dispensing and issuance of materials, in process and finished goods.
Adhere to all defined Safety and Sustainability requirements and expectations and seek clarification whenever Safety and Sustainability requirements and expectations are either unknown or unclear
Promptly report identified Safety and Sustainability issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and/or opportunities to management and correct where possible
Stop work where deemed necessary to maintain safety
Key Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Stand for long periods of time
Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for dispensing activities as well as other job requirements
Ability to operator warehouse equipment including, transport vehicles and forklifts
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Maintain compliance through good documentation practices
Promptly reports quality issues when found (i.e. materials & shipments)
Ensures all training is up to date prior to performing tasks
Maintains a valid Florida’s driver’s license in good standing
Able to operate equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks and other machinery to move and organize materials
Organize and labeling of materials as required
Conduct cycle counts of inventory as required
Performs data entry in ERP system as required
Inspects and verifies incoming and outgoing shipments
Collaborates and communicates effectively with team and support groups
Maintain warehouse safety, following procedures, cleaning requirements and handling of hazardous waste
